The Tier II Barracuda's had a successful weekend at provincials in Fort Saskatchewan.
They played well all weekend and advanced to the Gold medal game where they played the host team and lost 7-6 to take home the silver Silver. According to the Fort Saskatchewan coaches and fans the final was the best game they have ever played and wishes we were in their league to play these type of fast action games all the time.

Lethbridge Lacrosse in the medals |
The Lethbridge Lacrosse Association teams battled it out in Provincial Tournaments to bring home one Gold Medal, three Silvers and a Bronze. The Minor divisions played in the Lethbridge-hosted B Provincials Tournament, while the Junior Tier 3 battled it out in Medicine Hat.
Novice team Derochie Painting Slash brought home the Gold, while the Tier III Barracudas captured Silver. Also earning Silver was the Midget Thompson Consulting Shamrocks and PeeWee Davis Pontiac Chaos, while Lethbridge DBR Concrete Hixxx received the Midget Bronze title. |
